Add Emails and Export to Excel Button to Login Widget Managing your login data has never been easier! We have added an "Export to Excel" button to the Login widget, allowing you to easily export login data for reporting and analysis. Additionally, an email column has been included in the pop-up, enabling you to input and manage email addresses directly within the widget. This new functionality ensures you have all the data you need at your fingertips, simplifying your workflow and enhancing productivity.

LP Creation Info Pop-ups for "Set to Expire" and "Passing Percentage" Creating Lesson Plans just got more intuitive with our new informative pop-ups. During the LP creation process, you will now see helpful pop-ups regarding "Set to Expire" and "Passing Percentage." These pop-ups provide clear guidance on setting expiration dates and passing percentages for your lesson plans, ensuring you configure your LPs accurately and effectively. This enhancement is designed to improve your user experience and streamline the LP creation process.

Reminder Interval Error Message Update We have rephrased the error message for the Reminder Interval in Lesson Plan (LP) parameters to enhance clarity and user experience. The new message is more intuitive and provides clear guidance on resolving configuration issues, making it easier for users to set reminder intervals accurately.

Updated Lesson Plan Completion Widget Our Lesson Plan Completion Widget has been significantly updated to offer greater functionality and a more user-friendly interface. Here’s what’s new: These updates make it easier to manage and track your lesson plans, providing you with more accurate and relevant data.

• Populated Drop-down Menus: The Group List and Lesson Plan lists are now populated in the drop-down menus by default, making it easier to select and filter data.

• Dynamic Filtering:

  • If you select a group from the drop-down, the Lesson Plan drop-down will display only the lesson plans assigned to that group. You can further filter the data based on the selected group, lesson plan, and date.

  • If you select a lesson plan first, the Group List drop-down will display only the groups assigned to that lesson plan. You can then filter the data based on the selected lesson plan, group, and date.

  • If no additional selections are made after choosing either a group or a lesson plan, the data will be filtered accordingly, taking into account
    

These updates make it easier to manage and track your lesson plans, providing you with more accurate and relevant data.

Bug Fixes

In addition to these new features, we have also addressed bugs to improve the overall functionality of our platform:

• Reminder Emails Sent for 'Send Reminder for Test' with Interval Days=1 After TM Exceeds Due Date: This has resolved the problem of reminder emails being sent after the test due date, ensuring timely and relevant reminders.

• German Translation Improvements: Enhanced the German translations for better clarity and accuracy, making the platform more user-friendly for our German-speaking users.
