Spring Build: New changes to Learn-Wise

New things are always on the horizon for Learn-Wise. Keep reading to stay up to date on the changes recently made to the platform. We will also be holding multiple webinars to go over the changes in detail, so be on the look-out for those dates and times.

1. Premium Credentialing

Premium Credentialing adds value with 2 main features:

  1. Uploading of documents by the Admin and by Users

  2. Setting of reminder emails for retaking credentialing modules

2. Send User Messages by Groups

You can now send User Messages to your Users based on Groups. Previously, you could only send messages based on User Type or by selecting individual Trainees.

3. New, Browser Support Message

If you or your users access Learn-Wise from an unsupported browser, you will see a message recommending you switch to one of our supported browsers. We hope that this will make life much easier for you by preventing any unnecessary calls from Reps.

4. MP4 Video Support

This is a huge one for us and we know it is also a huge one for you as well. We are happy to say that we support MP4 Video file format on Learn-Wise!

5. Zip Files as Content Supported under LMS > Training Modules

Previously under the LMS, you were only able to upload a zip file for a training module if it was SCORM. Now you can attach non-SCORM HTML5 content as a zip file to any training module.

6. New, Training Module Status Report

The most comprehensive report to date on Learn-Wise!

7. Page Listing Default Set to 20 Records Per Page

Now you can view twice as many records on a page and can click half as often.

8. Update, Added a Training Module Status filter in the LMS Progress Report

You can now filter the LMS Progress Report by Active or InActive training modules.

9. Help Center Link for Admins

Check the upper right corner of your screen for the Help Center link. This will take you to our support center where you can access helpful how-to-guides and submit tickets.
