Different clients on the Learn-Wise Go system create different parameters in their lesson plans for various reasons. There are two types of lesson plans on Learn-WiseGo: mandatory and non-mandatory.
Some educational managers assign non-mandatory lesson plans to allow learners to review content such as diagrams, and surgical procedures or to prepare them before the lab training. Others assign mandatory lesson plans to improve product knowledge, or the company has a specific product focus to train its sales representatives. Furthermore, companies need to train their employees annually with workplace compliance training or have updated policies or products for employees.
