You can pass your users manually in Lesson and training modules! Let me show you how.

When there can be technical problems in lesson or training modules, whether it is the module or the scorm file communicating with your LMS. You can manually pass the users. We made an update in the Admin and Sub Admin Guide, under users section > "How do I pass a user manually?" Note: Lesson plans usually contain more than one training module. In this case, you need to pass each training module within the lesson plan for a user to pass the lesson plan.
