Last Thursday was our annual Learn-Wise Users’ Conference where we discussed the upcoming changes to the platform. Learn-Wise is constantly growing and improving thanks to the support and feedback of our clients and we want to thank everyone for coming out and participating. We received great feedback and will be hard at work to implement some of your suggestions in the coming year.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANNOUNCEMENT
At the conference, we announced the launch of our Support Forum and Ticketing System, which can be found here: http://support.magnifigroup.com/hc/en-us. Moving forward, we will be using this as a troubleshooting resource, so we ask that our site Administrators add email@example.com to their email contacts, so we do not go to your spam folder.
The Support Forum will be an open FAQ center where Learn-Wise Team members will be working hard to fill in solutions guides throughout the quarter; however, as our veteran users, all site Admins are also welcome to pitch in any tips and tricks that they have to offer, as well.
This support site will also be used as a Ticketing System, where Admins are able to submit questions/issues and track the status of their requested items. This portion of the site is private to each company, to preserve confidentiality and security for each of our clients. Admins may continue to email their Account Managers directly as usual, so most things will remain the same–the platform simply provides an additional means by which Admins can check on the status of their tickets.
