Scheduled Downtime for Learn-WiseGo

Learn-WiseGo will have downtime for critical MS Azure Cloud service migration activities, which are part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the reliability and performance of our services. This work is essential to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the highest level of service and support.

What We Are Doing:

As part of our ongoing MS Azure Cloud service migration, we are planning the following:

MS Azure Classic Cloud Migration to Extended Cloud Service

  • We will be migrating all classic cloud storage to the Azure Resource Manager (ARM) environment. This transition will enhance the scalability, security, and performance of our cloud services.

  • The migration to ARM will allow us to leverage modern cloud infrastructure, providing better resource management, improved security protocols, and greater flexibility in scaling our services to meet your needs.

Decommission MS Azure Classic Cloud Service Completely

  • Following the migration, we will decommission the classic cloud service infrastructure to eliminate potential security risks and outdated technology.

Ensure Users Can Access the Application through Azure Front Door (AFD)

  • Post-migration, we will ensure that all users can seamlessly access the application through Azure Front Door, enhancing the overall user experience with improved performance and reliability.

Why This Is Being Done:

  • Enhanced Performance and Security: Migrating to ARM will provide a more robust and secure environment, ensuring better performance and reliability.

  • Modern Infrastructure: Decommissioning the classic cloud service will eliminate outdated technology and potential security vulnerabilities.

  • Improved User Experience: Ensuring seamless access through AFD and updated CName records will optimize application performance and user access.

Expected Downtime:

  • Start Time: July 19, 2024, at 9:30 PM PST

  • End Time: July 21, 2024, at 6:00 AM PST

This downtime is necessary to complete the migration safely and effectively. We understand that downtime can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our services.

Our team will be monitoring the process closely to ensure everything goes smoothly. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your appropriate account manager.
