Medical Device Industry’s Leading eLearning Platform Provides 1-Stop System for Customer Support
San Diego, CA – April 8, 2014 – Magnifi Group, Inc., developer of Learn-Wise, a leading eLearning platform for the Medical Device Industry, today announced the release of its Support Forum and Ticketing System, which can be found here: http://support.magnifigroup.com/hc/en-us .
The Forum and Ticketing System will now be used as both a resource for fast-track assistance and also as an aid for troubleshooting. The Support Forum will be an open FAQ center where Learn-Wise Team members will be working diligently to fill in solutions guides throughout each quarter. Learn-Wise veteran users and all other Learn-Wise site Administrators are also encouraged to populate the forum with any tips and suggestions.
This Ticketing System will allow Administrators to submit questions and issues and track the status of their requested items. This portion of the site is private to each company in order to preserve confidentiality and security for each Learn-Wise client.
Megan Matsumoto, Account Coordinator for Magnifi Group, said Administrators may continue to email their Account Managers directly as usual. “We’re not requesting any change from the Administrators, but rather offering another alternative by which they can check on the status of their ticket requests,” Matsumoto said.
